A lip reader has weighed in on the much viewed exchange

A lip reader has revealed what he believes what Barron Trump said to Joe Biden during their exchange at Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony.

Yesterday saw Trump officially become the 47th U.S. President after defeating Democrat nominee Kamala Harris last November.

The inauguration kicked off the next four years of Trump’s America in a predictable fashion, with the president making bold declarations about renaming the Gulf of Mexico and send the USA to Mars. ‘First buddy’ Elon Musk also made headlines for his bizarre reaction to the Mars news before making a decisively dodgy looking salute on stage not once, but twice.

Another person to make headlines was the president’s youngest son Barron, who attended alongside his mother and older half-siblings.

Other than shocking people with his height – standing at 6 feet, 7 inches tall, Barron surpasses certainly Gary Barlow’s massive son in size terms – and appearing unimpressed by the prospect of a Mars colonisation, the 18-year-old also made headlines after his interaction with ex-President Biden was captured on camera.

The exchange sees the two men shake hands, with Biden seemingly offering pleasantries to the youngest member of the Trump children. Barron then leans over to say something in response, which wipes the polite smile off the former President’s face.

The TikTok clip, which has since been viewed hundreds of thousands of times, has captured the attention of viewers worldwide and it seems they all have the same question – what could Barron have said in order to cause such a change in facial expression?

“I so want to know what he said!!!!! Cause the look on Biden’s face says it all,” one user commented, while a second added: “Not sure what he said but wiped the smirk right off his face.”

It didn’t take long for people to come up with wild speculations either, with several commenters claiming the teenager uttered the words ‘you’re done’ to the 82-year-old.

Which would be pretty scathing comment to take if true.

However a lip reader has since come up with another explanation for what could’ve occurred during the exchange.

Offering an explanation for what transpired between the two men, expert witness forensic lip reader Jeremy Freeman believes Biden said: “It’s good to see you man,” to which Barron responded with a slightly bizarre ‘Exactly.”

Responding ‘exactly’ to someone asking how you’re doing would be a pretty strange choice of words, which could in turn explain why Biden looked so confused just moments after.Featured Image Credit: (X)
